Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at our site, your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
Customers are liable for inputting correct shipping address in the order form and will be liable for the replacement costs in the case the address was input incorrectly. Please double-check to ensure that you have listed the appropriate address in the shipping address section.
Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions outlined below on this page. Items may be returned to us in new and unused condition and original packaging within 7-30 days (restocking fee of 20% will apply) - do not ship any products back until you receive the RMA number and email instructions. Please note that we may charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons and we reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."
Once products are received back at our facility and inspected, returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling as long as no damage has taken place. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
All customers must inspect the condition of the product upon arrival and report any problems within 30 days from receiving the product. We cannot accept returns of products more than 30 days after you have received the order.
All items must be in the original packaging, same condition that you received, and unused to be eligible for a return. Used products will not be eligible for returns and can only be serviced under warranty. Customers are liable for dropping off the package to the nearest UPS/FedEx location.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the form of payment used either PayPal or original method of payment within 7 business days.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Customers must email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos/videos of any damages immediately upon receiving the item. Once the email with images/videos are submitted and approved, Uhomepro will ship out free replacement parts if the missing/defective parts are available. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of parts if they are not shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. If damages are not reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and related damage fees.

Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, All emails are processed within two working days. It takes about 10 days to return to the overseas warehouse, and we will re-send the new item to you after receiving the product

Uhomepro will not be liable for lost packages marked as "completed" deliveries via FedEx/UPS. Deliveries marked as "completed" with proof of deliveries will be counted as final. We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders that are marked as "delivered". All customers must submit a lost package report with your local police department and provide the lost report to us in order to conduct a lost case investigation with our carrier partners. All decisions will be based on police lost report investigation and FedEx/UPS investigation results, we will not issue refunds or replacements for packages with a proof of delivery confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You must email firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, tracking number, and attach an official 'lost package' report from your local police department. Customers must file a lost package report with the police immediately if delivery is marked "completed" but not delivered. We must receive a copy of the lost report with the official stamp from your local police department, if customers cannot provide the official report within 5 days of delivery confirmation we cannot file a lost case investigation and we cannot ship replacements for lost packages until we file a lost claim with the carriers with the verified lost report within the 5 day period.
Customers must provide Uhomepro a stamped copy of the police report filed with the local police (PDF/PNG/JPEG) within 5 days of delivery confirmation date.
Customers must review the product dimensions prior to purchasing the product.
- Size does not fit.
- Color does not match 100% with photos.
- Design is not to expectation.
- Passed the 30 day return period.
NOTE: AFTER 30 DAYS, Uhomepro CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS
In order to return an unused, new item in its original box and packaging, please follow the below instructions:
You MUST contact us via email to get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
Package MUST be unused and placed back in its original packaging.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
You MUST write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, NOT on the product package.
We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."
Customers must drop off the package to nearest UPS/FedEx location.

Customers agree that Uhomepro is not liable for the safety of the children, all parents must decide whether to allow his or her child to operate ride on car toys based on the child’s maturity, ability, skill, and health condition prior to riding the vehicle. To prevent injuries, parental supervision is required at all times.
